The Values Window provides the numeric values of the current ccd image.

-----

The values window is displayed by selecting the tools menu, values... option from the main menu. Note that the values window is not displayed automatically unless it was open when the application was last exited.

The Values Window

This window will display numeric values for a region of the current image.

Warning: For earlier versions of the ccd program, the values window was not updated during readout (or while an image is being read in from disk). This was corrected in version 3.03 (give or take a version).

The current pixel value (highlighted) for the values window reflects the current pixel value for the zoom window and main display window. Clicking on a point in the values window will set the cursor position for the main display window and for the zoom window, and will set the row / column used for the plot window. Double clicking in the main display window, in the zoom window, or in the values window will center both the zoom window and the values window on the current cursor value.
